I was a little nervous about having her sent by airplane to us, but it worked out well. The Coco Yates family???? We recommend you to everyone we know that is looking for that extra special addition to their family. We adopted Luna about 2 weeks ago. We absolutely love her and Premier Pups has been awesome in the entire process. They were always available if I had any questions and provided great service. Luna did take honestly about a week to fully adjust to eating hard food and had no interest in eating at all the first 2 days.
That was my only concern but she is completely on hard food now and Vet says she is healthy, which is all that matters. Which is also awesome. We all love her and will definitely buy from Premier Pups in the future. We have never bought a pet online and had some concerns about the process. I probably called and emailed every couple of days for the weeks prior to picking up our pup. The staff was amazing, patient, and friendly. After bringing our new fur baby Mia Moore AKA Mi Amor home, they were in contact with us often and even assisted with an issue of her not eating.
