Transfer to a serving platter, garnish with ground white pepper, green onion and cilantro. Serve immediately. In a mixing bowl, toss the salad greens, cucumber and tomatoes together. In a separate bowl, mix the krachai, ginger, lemongrass and Thai chili. Unwrap the salmon and break into bite-size pieces, tossing lightly with the fresh herbs and spices.

Transfer to the bowl with the greens. Mix lightly with dressing.
