Everything is close and you can walk everywhere. Lots of night life as well. You can ride bikes everywhere too.
Dogs and their human guardians look very happy ". But there are dog parks in the neighborhood. There should be more places to dispose of dog poop though. There are a lot of new apartments and the main streets are being fixed up but parking is not too good.

A few parks do allow dogs as well as some restaurants and neighborhood bars. It is hard to find pet friendly rentals though ". Love the beaches here". Police are around all the time so I feel safe. Only issue is where I live sometimes homeless are out and about. So many fun restaurants! The beaches are awesome. I love pacific beach ".
