Cibo pizza phoenix

The pizza is not over sauced, salty or excessively cheesy. I had the vegetarian as a take out. It was loaded with roasted red peppers, large chunks of artichoke, mushrooms and zucchini. The dinner sized pizzas are large and I could only eat half.

Looking forward to the leftover tomorrow! September Absolutely loved this romantic spot for dinner with friends from out of town. We had a reservation and sat outside. The wine and food was incredible and affordable. We were a group of five and shared three pizzas, two appetizers, and a bottle of wine. The environment is perfect for a date night or celebration. Mozzarella - fontina - parmigiano - pecorino - gorgonzola and spicy salami. Mozzarella - sliced tomatoes - prosciutto crudo and mixed greens after pizza is cooked.

Mozzarella - basil pesto - onions - roasted potatoes and grated parmigiano. Mozzarella - prosciutto crudo - asian pears - arugula and goat cheese. Cibo is always one of my favourite patio restaurants in Phoenix and I've pretty much never had them disappoint.

Cibo is a favorite of ours from the beautiful outdoor patio to the amazing charcuterie boards! I do wish they would add more dessert options. We were very impressed and comfortable, all the staff were masked. Took a step back with communication, just really showed overall respect. Being in town for a short while, we decided to try Cibo. We were not disappointed.

We ordered a white and red pizza. Is it close? The outdoor atmosphere is quiet and quaint. The wine we chose was absolutely delicious! We ordered the Isabella.

Not only was the price great, but it was like a baby Amarone. Highly recommend everything about this place. We will be back before we leave! Terrific setting. Service was excellent. I would like to see a few more pasta options. Absolutely the most outstanding pizza I've had in Phoenix.

Had the pepperoni and the spicy salami, meatballs, shisito peppers, and the donuts! Everything is outstanding and I cannot recommend this place more. Will have to make it downtown more often to eat here. We really enjoyed our evening at Cibo. The patio atmosphere was lovely and the live music was not too loud. The service and food were outstanding. We hadn't been here in over a decade but plan to return again and again now. Everything was so perfect I want to come back sooner.

Loved everything about this quaint and charming restaurant! Service was great and all the food was a 10…. Some of the best pizza in all of AZ!! Next time we will save room for dessert!! Thanks Cibo. This is the second visit to Cibo. We went this time because we had such a good experience the first time. This visit was very disappointing.

We had the calamari appetizer and my wife and I each had a margarita pizza. The calamari was prepared as sticks and they tasted like they came from a frozen foods bag from the grocery store. Not at all tasty. The pizza was very light on ingredients and very light on tasted.

Very little sauce and cheese. Both of us felt that the pizzas were very dull. Not what we expected from the first time. The crust tasted very fresh, but not much flavor to it. We don't recommend this restaurant. Everything was perfect as usual. Continues to be my favorite intimate setting. Excellent food, great service , beautiful atmosphere!! We love CIBO!! Love eating outdoors. But indoors is nice too. Just not as quiet when dining with friends. Food is always good.

Cibo is always a perfect choice. The ambiance is beautiful, all the food is outstanding, and the service is impeccable. Truly my favorite restaurant. Thank you all for perfect evening. We had an indoor reservation last one and you offered outdoor dining.

Great food and service. And favorite hard cider. Outstanding service and the always reliable great food. It is a small family-run restaurant with amazing wood-fired pizzas and handmade pasta. The salads are big and can be a meal in themselves.

My wife and I have been going for years and love the longtime wait staff and owners who treat you like family. The pesto salad is especially good, and the pizza is great. However, one should save room for the Nutella crepes, which are to die for.

With that said, please do not go to Cibo. It has been our secret spot for years and has become more known and more populated recently. There are lots of other nice restaurants in the valley, go find one. Cibo is ours! Are outside on a beautiful evening.

A few flies but to be expected outside. Food was fabulous and staff was attentive. Already planning my next visit! Very cute girls date. Tiny pies with a swollen rim of crust, soupy center, and delicate bite emerge from a sparkling gold-tiled oven, where they cook in about 60 seconds.

Pomo is one of just a few pizzerias in metro Phoenix with certification from the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, the official body in Naples. His pizza is Neapolitan from circumference to center. Fabbri, from the Adriatic Coast town of Rimini, also bakes what he deems Rimini-style pizzas: wafer-thin and vaguely bar-style, with a lean, crackery crust. Matt and Lindsey Pilato oversee the most popular and best pizzeria in North Scottsdale. Matt Piato offers a dizzying array of Neo-Neapolitan pies from his red-tiled oven, finishing most with Parmesan.

He uses a blend of flours that includes 00 from Italy, resulting in a crust with chew and lightness. After testing numerous domestic and imported mozzarellas, Matt decided to stick with the one he makes himself. White pies seem to especially thrive at LAMP. Pizza is thin but retains a fresh, wholesome bready quality. Signature pies include the Smokehouse, a white pie that gains a hint of muskiness from smoked onions and smoked sausage, as well as the Aji, warmed through with jalapeno sauce.

Former accountant, Proof Bread apprentice, and part-time sidewalk pizzaiolo Myke Olsen moved to a full-time oven in downtown Mesa early in Olsen employs a Neo-Neapolitan style marked by American flour blends, long fermentations, and shaving aged gouda over finished pies. Other standouts include a marinara inspired by eating garden tomatoes with his grandfather, and a white pie with potato and garlic cream.
