Dates for ships 20days in advance can be considered as reasonably accurate and should be correct to within days, unforeseen circumstances excepted.
Dates for ships 45 days in advance should be considered as provisional with an accuracy factor of about days, subject to unforeseen delays or events. Dates for ships that are 90days in advance should only be considered as guidelines. The coastal schedules provide the most current dates and times for ships on the Southern African Coast. All of our personal trainers, led by Fitness Director Jefferson Biehl, are certified through nationally recognized organizations.
Whether you are a novice or experienced athlete, training for your first 5K or marathon, riding in the MS from Houston to Austin, or looking to lose a few extra pounds, the MACAC and MAC for Women offer several fitness instruction options that will help you get fit! You can work one-on-one with one of our highly qualified personal trainers or take advantage of one of our two fitness orientation programs where we design a fitness routine that you can follow on your own.
These classes are offered free to members. Equipment Mat classes are offered to increase the intensity of your workout and add new dimensions to your routine. Work with our highly-trained Pilates instructors to receive a total body workout customized to your needs and goals. There is an additional fee for these services. Our Pilates Personal Trainers. Pilates Large Equipment Classes. Increase the challenge to your core strength and stability with added resistance and flowing movement.
Large Equipment classes are limited to five people, so the instructor is able to give additional attention to proper form and technique. Levels of classes: Basic Reformer — Level 1.
First level of Pilates equipment classes. You will learn the basic principles and fundamentals of Pilates. Cardio Pilates — Level 2.
