The hostess accommodated our request for the booth that just opened up and they immediately cleaned it and set it up for us. Our server Alyssa was super attentive, friendly and prompt with everything. It looks like they upgraded their linens and menus as well. Definitely a big difference from the last time we were there a few months ago. I had a reservation for pm there were two tables with people I asked for a booth and the girl at the front thought I asked for a million dollars.
She said not sure if we have a booth.. I said the place is empty not one person is in any of the booths she said we have reservations I had to laugh I said it is right not I will be out of here in an hour you can't give me a booth I am so done with Mc Cormick the last time I had to turn my shirt inside out Capital Grille here I come.
Food was delicious! We had a very relaxed dinner. Ed was a superb server! The bourbon salmon was perfectly cooked, the buttermilk battered shrimp were fresh and perfectly prepared. The food is expensive. The side dish was just okay. The shrimp kisses, lobster tails, dolce sangria and chocolate bag were very good. Everything was wonderful from the food to the service.
Great service, very professional and friendly. The occasion was my birthday which they didn't achknowledge. A server did not greet us for about 22 mins after being seated.
Food took long, drinks took long. They originally seated us in an area with high traffic and I was bumped twice. Food was not good and even though we sent back 2 dishes we were not refunded. Terrible experience. Very disappointed. Our waitress was exceptional and the food was well prepared and served quickly.
Overall an excellent dining experience. The restaurant was empty. The menu is markedly paired down from prior times. Waiter was responsive and amicable. Food was good. The food was amazing and our waitress was exceptional!!!! Had the Sea Bass - was delicious! Desserts were outstanding too - especially the pineapple cake. We came here for our anniversary and were not disappointed.
Thank you! Great place but food can be much better, service excellent and I think the menu has to improve. Service was terrible—it took 20 minutes to get a drink at the empty bar. Then took 30 minutes to get a bottle of water at the table. Two of the seafood dishes we ordered were undercooked raw scallops. Drinks were overpriced.
Overall bad experience. He suggested that my attire was too athletic. I acknowledged it and took of my jacket. It was unfortunate, however, to see a lot of other people and teens wearing sneakers and what is considered athletic wear. If a company is going to recommend a dress code, they should enforce it on everyone and not who they just randomly pick and choose. Incompetent and rude management and staff. Both the food and the service was terrific. We always know that we will have a good meal in a relaxing environment!
We Iwill not visit this restaurant again nor recommend it to anyone. We went to celebrate our Anniversary. Our reservation was for , we were not seated for almost 50 minutes. There were many tables available. When we were finally seated there was no silverware or plates at the table. The waitress was unfamiliar with dishes on the menu.
When we received our main entree the fire alarm went off. We were not sure of what was happening. The manager came by after 5 or so minutes and said it was the alarm for Walgreens next door. The lights and alarm continued throughout our meal. The nights was ruined. The alarm and lights gave me a headache.
The meals were not good. The fish and chips was cooked too long. The manager lied. Your restaurant will be synonymous for bad service. Food was not very good for the price point and the wait staff was lousy.
The waiter forgot that he had taken our order, and forgot to place it with the kitchen. The hostess was very nice, otherwise it was a poor experience. Service was slow and the food was nothing special. This is not the experience we had at other McCormick and Schmick locations though. Food was excellent. Service was horrible. Took twenty minutes before we even got water. Them waited ten more minutes for our cocktails.
They certainly seemed short staffed. No valet was there for parking either which was not good. The worst experience of my hole life. After 1 and half hour waiting the waiter told us there were no available fish!!!! This was the first time I have dined in and the room is beautiful. Terrific staff. The food was fabulous. I came with friends and we were a little skeptical about the peanut butter pie. We loved it. It was more like a mousse and just a pleasant surprise.

When I say small I mean maybe 3oz and I got grilled chicken vs. We did order an extra appetizer of the bacon wrapped shrimp.
