Reselling a concert ticket for profit or commercial gain makes it void and the ticket holder will be refused entry. Once full payment of the festival fees has been made, they are non-refundable. Concert tickets will not be refunded unless a performance is cancelled or abandoned when less than half the performance has taken place. We only accept tickets for re-sale in the event of a sold out concert. You will receive a refund if we are able to re-sell your ticket. This will be credited to the card used to complete the original transaction.
If you need to return your tickets we will be happy to exchange them for a credit voucher valid for 6 months. We must be notified at least two weeks prior to the concert in order to facilitate the exchange.
