Staff were really friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean, great location, soundproof rooms, modern hotel with comfortable beds and a big bathroom!

We were allowed early check in and were not made to wait I'd have given it 5 stars without that too, the facility is that good! Highly recommended, it doesn't get better than this!

Great service only adds to the experience, the staff at check in makes your day even before you have opened the door to your room! How I wish all hotels were this good Location is everything, right on Times Square! It is very central and only a few minutes walk from lots of great attractions.

It is also great value when you consider the location. Don't expect 5-star luxury at this price but if you are travelling on a budget then this is perfect. As a regular and returning guest, the hotel has always been an excellent place to call home in NYC.
